After payment, retain your confirmation and use the email you purchased with to create your account at the EPIC member portal. Your program materials will appear in your library as they are released. Workshop joining details will follow separately before November 11.

All sales are final. Registration is non-refundable, including if you cannot attend live; the session recording will be available to you. Any Viktor subscription or usage charges are separate and paid directly to Viktor.

A few practical questions

What if I need more time during the session?

You’ll have the session recording to revisit the steps and catch up. You can also bring your implementation questions to me during your 30-day implementation support period.

How are implementation support and community access different?

Your enrollment includes 30 days of implementation support from me following the live workshop. That support is managed separately from the ongoing participant community and ends after the 30-day period.

You can continue participating in the community, sharing progress and exchanging experiences with fellow participants. Ongoing community membership does not include continued implementation support from me.

What should I bring?

Bring a laptop, an internet connection, and an example of recurring work you would like help with. Account setup and preparation instructions will be shared before the session.

Do I receive future versions of the course?

Yes. By joining the Founding Beta, you receive lifetime access to this program and its future published course versions at no additional course fee, including the eventual self-paced edition. It is one evolving program. As I refine it, live-session modules may be updated, consolidated, or replaced with self-paced content.

Lifetime course access and ongoing community membership continue independently of the 30-day implementation support period.

Is Viktor included in the $800 fee?

Your $800 payment covers the EPIC AI Advantage program and the support described here. Viktor is a separate third-party platform. You arrange your own Viktor account, and any subscription or usage charges are paid directly to Viktor.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final and registration is non-refundable. If you cannot attend the live workshop, you can watch the recording and implement at your own pace, with implementation support available for 30 days following the session and ongoing community access afterward.

What am I enrolling in today?

You are joining the Founding Beta: the live workshop, its recording, lifetime access to the evolving program and its future published course versions, 30 days of implementation support, and ongoing participant community access. The self-paced edition will be developed after the live experience.
