Your success arrived.

Your identity didn't come with it.

A 3-6 month private engagement for Senior Leaders and Founders who are done with surface-level fixes & are ready for the one identity shift that changes every decision, every room, and every result that follows.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You are here because you are ready to move into the version of leadership that operates without the weight you have been carrying.

You are a Senior technology leader, a C-Suite executive, or a Founder whose career speaks for itself. You have led through complexity, built through uncertainty, and delivered results that matter at scale.

And somewhere beneath the achievements, something is asking for more.

The environment has accelerated past what any amount of strategy or skill can fully meet. The decisions you face now are not technical problems. Something else is running beneath them, and you can feel it even if you cannot name it yet.

And you know, with the certainty of someone who has tried everything else, that the answer is not another leadership or coaching program. You have done the training. You have read the frameworks. You are done collecting tools that treat the symptoms while the source stays unnamed. You are ready for the source.

You are a C-Suite Executive or Founder in the technology or adjacent sectors, and you have achieved a level of success that should feel fully satisfying, and some days it doesn't. You notice the same friction appearing in different rooms, different companies, different teams, and you have begun to suspect the common factor is not the room. You have worked with coaches or consultants before and found them useful, but incomplete. You are open to the understanding that what is running your decisions lives below the level of thought. And you are not looking for permission. You are looking for the one who can see what you cannot.

Or you have built everything you set out to build, and something in you is asking you to do what you were actually here to do.

THE REAL PROBLEM

You have been solving for the wrong thing.

Every highly accomplished leader carries one invisible constraint. A single "I am..." statement formed early, hardwired into the identity, running beneath every decision, every relationship, every room you have walked into ever since.

You cannot see it from inside it. That is precisely what makes it invisible. And that is what makes it powerful.

It has protected you. In many ways, it has built you. For some, it built an extraordinary career. For others, it built a life that looks exactly right from the outside and feels incomplete from the inside. But the version of leadership required from you now, at this level of complexity and consequence, has outpaced it.

The friction you keep encountering in different rooms, different teams, different conversations, is a Messenger. The same constraint, showing up in a different costume, asking to be seen.

And when you finally see it, everything it has been holding in place becomes available to you.

THE SOURCE

One invisible constraint named.

Your whole operating system upgraded.

I am the Spiritual Advisor & Consciousness Architect to Senior Professionals, Founders & C-Suite Executives in Tech and adjacent industries, whose success has outgrown the identity running it.

I find the one invisible constraint they have never named, and their whole operating system gets an upgrade.

Harsha was passed over for promotion for seventeen years. Four weeks after we dissolved his constraint, he was promoted.

Bharat carried "I am fundamentally flawed" beneath every decision he made as a senior technology leader. Twelve weeks after we dissolved it, he was announced as CTO.

Amreetha's "I am the peacekeeper" identity was costing her the authority her executive role required. Within months, her performance ratings reversed completely.

This is precise work. It sits at the intersection of two decades inside the technology industry and a decade spent learning exactly how consciousness operates beneath leadership behavior.

I know the rooms you sit in. I know the language of the problems you carry. And I know exactly where to look for the one thing that, when named and dissolved, changes everything downstream.

And for the leader who has already achieved what they set out to achieve, the constraint is what stands between the success they have built and the contribution they have not yet made.

What you receive:

This engagement is built on three conditions required for a full identity-level upgrade: the diagnostic, the recalibration, and the physical reinforcement through deliberate action. All three. Every time.

1. The Architecture

  • Twelve private sessions 1 hour duration with Ajitha, structured across three to six months
  • Three month sessions are one session a week. Six months sessions will be one session every two weeks.
  • Each interaction aimed at the one constraint standing between who you have been and who you are ready to become.
  • Access to Ajitha via Private Messages during the course of engagement.

2. The Process

  • We establish the success metric and outcome in the first session, then in subsequent sessions locate the invisible constraint running beneath your decisions & leadership.
  • We recalibrate at the identity level. Then we anchor the shift through your actions that make it permanent and move you towards the outcome.
  • You will have life-time access to EPIC Leaders Collective TM Course content and any Masterclasses conducted by Ajitha during the advisory period

3. What Changes

  • The quality of your decisions, from the inside out.
  • Your authority in every room.
  • The clarity to finally name what you have been moving toward.
  • The permission to build what has been waiting inside you, alongside or beyond the success you have already created.

4. What becomes possible

  • The next chapter of your leadership.
  • The passion project that has been asking for your attention.
  • The version of you that does not need the title to know their worth.
  • The contribution that is entirely, unapologetically yours.
  • The EPIC Leader in you comes alive!

About Ajitha Srinivasan

Hi, I am Ajitha Srinivasan

I have reinvented myself more times than most people dare to attempt once.

In a seven-year span I navigated divorce, the loss of both parents, financial instability, a complete career pivot, and building a business from the ground up to multiple six figures, with no safety net and no roadmap.

None of it was because of what I had learned across twenty years in corporate leadership or my Engineering and MBA degrees. In fact, I had to unlearn most of it. What made the reinventions possible was a single internal change: I had to change who I believed I was.

That sounds like a philosophical statement. But it is the most practical thing I know. And it is the foundation of everything I bring to the leaders I work with.

Before this work, I spent nearly two decades inside the technology industry, including a Senior Vice President role leading major digital transformation initiatives at Citibank. I know the rooms you sit in. I know the weight of the decisions you carry. I know what it costs to lead at that level, and I know what it looks like when a brilliant leader is being held back by something they cannot name, because I lived it myself.

My Private advisory work is with a limited number of senior leaders, C-Suite executives, and Founders each year. My clients have included leaders at Microsoft, Box, Roblox, Intel, JPMorgan Chase, L'Oréal, and Founders in various sectors including those serving Government agencies.

I do not teach what I studied. I teach what has set me free.

INVESTMENT

This is private, precision work with a limited number of clients each year.

ONE TIME

US $50,000

Twelve sessions across three to six months. The full diagnostic and recalibration process. Direct access to me throughout the engagement.

The investment is listed here because your time is not available for conversations that are not the right fit. If you are reading this and the number feels commensurate with what you are describing, the next step is a private conversation.

That conversation is not a sales call. It is a diagnostic. You will leave knowing something about yourself that you did not know walking in, regardless of whether we work together.

Harsha

Senior Tech Leader

"What you have to offer is very unique. If you don't address the patterns within us that are causing the external problem, wherever you go, that problem shows up again."

Passed over for promotion for 17 years. Promoted within 4 weeks of working with Ajitha.

Justin

Vice President

"I saved my company $500,000 within two weeks of starting the role."

Carried a deep "I do not trust myself" constraint running beneath every leadership decision. Within weeks of dissolving it: $500,000 in company savings, recognized as a natural born facilitator, two board meetings navigated with confidence.

Sekar

Senior Director of Products

"I have fundamentally recreated a new version of myself. 2.0. Which is very different than what I was before. My ability to realize this in such a short time frame is what amuses and amazes me."

Hitting a ceiling despite strong results. Ended up creating his own seat at the table.

 IF YOU ARE HESITATING

Something brought you to this page. Yet something is making you pause. Lets address them both.

The leaders who find their way to this work are ready. They have built careers on careful judgment and they apply that same judgment here.

If you are sitting with a hesitation, lets name it clearly.

REASON 1

You are wondering whether $50,000 is the right use of this investment.

You are wondering whether this investment is worth it, or whether you can find your way there on your own.

For some leaders arriving at this page, the constraint has a measurable cost: in decisions made from the wrong place, in authority that arrives smaller than they are, in results that stop short of what they knew was possible.

For others, the cost is not as evident. Things are working. The success is accomplished. The question is not what is wrong. The question is whether this is all there is, and whether the pull toward something more is worth following. One of my clients spent four decades at the top of her profession before she finally crossed into what she was actually called to do. The constraint that had kept her circling was not visible from inside her success. It never is.

Both are valid places to be standing. And for both, the question of investment looks different than it does for any other purchase you have made.

Because here is what I know to be true.

The money you have accumulated, the titles, the accomplishments, the assets: none of it comes with you when you leave this iteration. What you carry forward is not your portfolio. It is your energetic signature. Who you became. What you shed. How much of the weight you were willing to put down before you ran out of time to put it down.

This engagement is not a transaction. It is a consciousness upgrade. The constraint you dissolve here does not just change your next decision or your next role. It changes the version of you that exists beyond all of it.

That is not an investment in your career. It is an investment in what you carry eternally.

No spreadsheet captures that return. But somewhere in you, you already know its value.

REASON 2

You are unsure this kind of work is for someone like you.

You are a rational thinker. You have built your career on data, systems, and evidence. The language of identity, consciousness, and invisible constraints may feel like it belongs to a different world than the one you operate in.

The leaders who come to this work are among the most analytically rigorous people I have ever met. And they are here precisely because they have exhausted every rational solution to a problem that turns out not to be rational in origin.

Amreetha's performance ratings reversed completely and the people around her noticed before she did. Bharat and Tsvetan were both announced into new leadership positions within twelve weeks of our work together. None of them came in believing. All of them came in willing to look.

You do not have to believe in anything. You have to be willing to look at what is actually running beneath your decisions.

REASON 3

You have worked with coaches and consultants before and found them useful but incomplete.

That experience is accurate. Most leadership development works at the level of skills, behavior, and strategy. It produces incremental change because it is operating one layer above the actual source of the constraint.

Tsvetan had done the programs. Harsha had done the programs. They were not lacking in skills or self-awareness. The constraint was running beneath all of it, invisible and untouched by everything they had already tried.

This works at the level where the constraint actually lives. If that is what has been missing, this is where you find it.

REASON 4

You do not have the time right now.

The leaders who say they do not have time are, without exception, the ones whose constraint is generating the time pressure. Decision drag, execution friction, the energy cost of leading from an identity that has outpaced itself: these are what consume time.

Twelve sessions across three to six months. What changes inside that container creates time rather than consuming it.

REASON 5

You want to think about it.

Take the time you need.

And notice, as you take it, whether thinking about it feels like discernment or like the same hesitation that has shown up before in a different costume.

If something in you already knows, that knowing is worth one conversation.
