My Story
Hi, I am Ajitha Srinivasan
I have reinvented myself more times than most people dare to attempt once.
In a seven-year span I navigated divorce, the loss of both parents, financial instability, a complete career pivot, and building a business from the ground up to multiple six figures, with no safety net and no roadmap.
None of this transformation was because of what I had learnt in my 20 year corporate career or my Engineering / MBA degrees. In fact, I had to unlearn a lot to make these reinventions a reality.Â
My transformations were possible because of my internal changes, the key one was changing who I believed I was.
That lived experience, forged through real life volatility, both professionally and personally at the same time is the foundation of the EPIC Leadership Operating System™, a proprietary leadership framework that is now used by senior tech leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs navigating the most disruptive era in modern leadership history.Â
